Tusk @ Chapel Street - Windsor
One lazy Sunday morning, after church... the 3 of us (the Boy, Cousin A and I) strolled down the streets of Windsor...
We were shopping for comics on Chapel Street and decided to drop in on Tusk for some much needed breakfast...
I was recommended to come by Tusk a few years ago for dinner, and the quality of food then blasted me away...
As usual, it was packed to the brim, and we were waiting like hungry vultures for a table to be cleared away!
Cousin A's Latte...
The Boy and I opted for our usual English Breakfast Tea...
Their breakfast menu is pretty wide and added options are provided as well...
I had the Salmon version of Egg's Benedict (I can't remember what the exact title's of the dish and they were all quite quirky too!)
This looked ridiculously small (because I'm greedy), but I was so full by the end of the meal, I had to be rolled out!...
Beautifully prepared, the poached eggs were done to perfection (slight hint of vinegar) and the potato (hash browns) that everything was sitting on, was absolutely crispy and yummy...
Cousin A opted for the Big Breakfast and added Spinach... I'm amazed he polished it all off...comes with mushrooms, chorizo, eggs, bacon, toast...
He said it was really good =)
The Boy ordered Egg's Florentine(I think) and added Bacon into the mix... =)
Overall, an extremely satisfactory brunch... and I think we paid around $17 per person... huge servings and a guranteed comeback for us (again)!
