Simple Stir-Fry Vermicelli Noodles Recipe
The last couple of days when I was walking come from the station, I noticed a shiny metallic thing up on a beautiful tree.
I've been wanting to take a picture of it, and as you can see from the above, it's actually a shiny kettle up on the tree... It's really artsy and beautiful... (to me in is anyways)
Things we did in class today.
Draw lots of pictures... Ahh... feels like I'm back in school drawing "Peta Minda" or Mind Maps!!
Came home, really drained again. Thinking of putting words into pictures is a really tiring job!! 0_0
Decided to make a really quick stir-fry rice noodle (mihun, bee hoon), whatever you want to call it.
Started by heating up some garlic and shallots in the hot pan.
Then putting, chili, ginger and lemongrass.
Throw in some chicken and stir-fry.
Add in the rice noodles (Which was prepared earlier by soaking in cold water to soften it)
Add in the veggies (I think I used Choy Sum)
Fry and omelette at the end and decorate as you wish.
Garnish with deep fried shallots!
NOTE:
I have since remembered it's called VERMICELLI!!
