Love Like Winter Part III
Back to me.
The best tasting dishes are usually the simplest to make. And this dish really emphasizes that statement.
Crispy Skin Salmon with a Lemon, Mustard and Dill Dressing
2 pieces of salmon, sprigs of Dill
Apologies for this blurry picture...
Dijon Mustard, Lime and Lemon...
The dressing is easily made up as follows:
1 wedge of lemon, 1 wedge of lime, 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard and Chopped Dill
Pan fry the Salmon (skin first) in 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with cracked pepper and sea salt
Allow the fish to cook half way through before flipping it over...
Drizzle the dressing on the plate, and set the salmon steaks on top. Garnishing with sprigs of Dill
