Rosemary Crumbed Lamb Chops

Anyways, this is something I played around with because I felt like having lamb for lunch yesterday, but wanted to try something new.

It's a really simple recipe. All the extra bits and pieces are just what I wanted to eat along with my Lamb =)


So you've got the whisked egg (with mixed herbs [Rosemary alone would be enough], pepper, sea salt)
The bread crumbs (mixed with sugar and Parmesan cheese)


Coat the lamb with the egg mix and then the mix crumbs


Heat up the pan with butter and place the crumbed lamb to cook


Serve up with a healthy dose of veggies (rocket and baby spinach leaves), carrots, mushrooms and onions


Serve with Lemon!
