When the Boy is away, we can eat whatever we want!
So here's what I had for dinner yesterday!!!
(And I like exclamation marks.. makes everything more exciting!)
Spare Pork Ribs with Soy Bean and Chili (Pai Kuat)!!!
First, the ribs. You need to separate them =) (I've got enough for 2 separate dishes here)
Once done separating, we need to chop them in half...
And the ingredients!
Half a red onion; ginger chopped finely, flatten garlic cloves (about 3-4); tau cheong paste (Soy Bean), Chili paste and ribs
Heat the pan and fry the onion, ginger and garlic.
Add in the paste (about 2 teaspoons) and a teaspoon of Chili.
Add H2O
Place the pork ribs and stir-fry
Add in baby corn!! YuMmmm
Simmer for at least 20 minutes (I didn't so I undercooked the pork, but thanks to my handy microwave....)
Ta-Dah!!!
Serve with Rice =)
Believe it or not, I ate the whole thing... and felt sooooooooooo full after that.. but it was so tantalising...
