This was meant to be up about a week ago, but other topics came up instead...
This recipe was handed down to me by the Boy's dad!! It's simple, warm and flavourful...
It's Pizza Omelette 0_0... or that's what the Boy calls it...
Enjoy!
The ingredients for this dish is really simple:
3-4 eggs (depending on the size of the eggs), minced chicken (I used 2 tenderloins), minced prawns (I used 6 large Banana prawns), 2 stalks of spring onions, and 1 red chili (the one I have happens to be orange)
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add salt, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Worchestishire (L&P) sauce, and pepper to taste.
Once whisked, add in all the ingredients and whisk finely.
Heat up some oil in a medium pan. Make sure it is hot before putting the egg mixture in.
Flip over on the other side and make sure it's cooked (you don't want raw chicken!)
I happened to cook mine on my burnt pan, which resulted in a broken omellete!
Serve with other dishes and rice.
It's really that simple!!
Yummy!
