Love Like Winter Part IV
Back to the Boy's dish, Pork Moroccan Style Scotch Fillet Steaks with Cous Cous
He seems to have the more complicated dishes =P

Scotch Pork Fillet Steaks
Pan fry the spinach leaves with a bit of salt and butter
Place in blender and add in 1 teaspoon of cream and blend until smooth
The finish spinash puree
Blend the garlic and onion
Chop up some parsley (coarsely)
Place the blended garlic and onion and add in cumin, paprika, tumeric, cayenne, coriander, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper (to taste)
Marinate well with your hands
Preheat grill and grill the marinated meat for 6-7 minutes
Cook up some cous cous (follow instructions on box/packet)
Serve the meat on top of a bed of cous cous with the spinach puree on the side
